My 1st proper day back on weight watchers!!

Good evening everyone!

Well it was my 1st proper day today back on weight watchers!! And it wasnt as hard as i thought it was going to be :D

This was my menu for the day..

Breakfast..

1 Weetabix with semi skimmed milk (5 points)
2 oranges (o points)

Lunch...

Chicken and Vegetable soup (3 points)
1 slice of brown bread with no butter (2 points)
2 oranges (o points)

Dinner...

Extra lean minced beef (8 points)
Bolognaise sauce (3 points)
sweetcorn (2 points)

Dessert...

Weight watchers cheesecake (5 points)

Snacks...

Jelly (o points)
Weight watchers crackers (2 points)

Thats a total of 30 points which still leaves me with 7 :D


It feels good knowing that today was quite easy and i now know i can do this as my head is in the right place!!

Working in the kitchen tomorrow so if i can handle that i can handle anything :D

My 1st blog!!!

Hey everyone.

My name is Jenna.

This is my 1st blog :D

The reason i started this blog is because i want to track my weightloss and i want other people to see how iam getting on as an incentive to stay on track!

I first started weight watchers last january 2010 and i lost 24lbs but by may 2010 i went on holiday and fell right off the wagon. But as of today iam back!! Ive put on 7lbs since i last weighed in at a weights watchers meeting so my weight has now crept up to 16 stone 6lbs!! But this time iam determined and i WILL do this!! I will try and keep my blog updated as much as i can and let everyone know who is reading this what i have achieved!

My 1st proper day counting points is tomorrow so wish me luck :D
